Have difficulty getting truck in gear after a period of non-use.

Check your belts and pulleys. Belts should not be cracked and pulleys should turn freely with no noise.

Fuel Injectors (Spider)

It could be incorrect fluid level or the fluid & filter may require changing

did you check your transmission fluid

the transmission needs rebuilt

Probably the power steering pump. This is fairly normal in cold weather.

cold start sensor faulty

Get a tune up and especially have your injectors cleaned. Most FI vehicles have a cold start injector which if they are dirty could cause poor starting conditions when the vehicle is still cold

Without more input I'll give you two scenarios 1 the starter is showing signs of weakness and hen it gets hot it does not have the strength to spin the motor as it should. 2. The ignition timing needs adjusted, it may be advanced a bit and need retarding, especially with the low grades of fuel we are getting these days , you might try a higher grade of fuel or possibly an octane booster which you add when re-fueling.

sounds like you have air in your hydrolic portion of your clutch system, you need to see if your slave cylnder or your clutch master cylnder is leaking fluid putting air in your system. If the case is that you have just a hard to get in gear such as only 2nd then i would have suspected your secronizer ring being bad. or if all gears seem to be hard cold then you would either have a leaking hydrolic cylnder or the wrong fluid in trans.
