Trying to Forward Forwarded Text Messages to Email
I can forward text messages to my email account, and I can forward messages that have been forwarded to me from a 3rd party phone to another cell phone, but I cannot get those same messages to forward to an email account. It indicates the text has been sent, but it is never received in the email account.

Having trouble seeing that small default font of Microsoft
Outlook emails? There are three ways of making Outlook email text bigger.
The first includes increasing the text size of the outgoing
email messages.
The second includes increasing the text size of messages
that are replied to or forwarded.
The last includes making all the text of incoming emails
larger as well.
Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
Click the Mail Formats tab and then click Stationary and
Fonts.
Find the Personal Stationary tab, then find and click the
Font button located under the New Mail Messages heading.
On the Font tab that appears, there will be a variety of
options including changing the type of font, style, size and color.
Find the drop-down menu that is under the Size heading and
select a bigger number.
Click OK and the new setting will take place the next time a
message is composed.

This will increase the text size for all plain text incoming

However, it will not increase the text size of incoming HTML
emails.
Set the option to read all incoming email as plain text if
it is necessary to increase the text size of all incoming emails.
To do this, go to Tools, then click on Options, then look
for the button that says Email Options and click Read all Standard Mail as
Plain Text.

A BlackBerry is like the holy grail of communication devices. There are certainly multiple ways of receiving messages on a BlackBerry device---via text message, BlackBerry Instant message, or even with AOL Instant Messenger (AIM). Probably the most convenient way to send a message from a computer to a BlackBerry handheld device is to send it via email. Instructions
Get the BlackBerry email address of the intended recipient. The recipient may use an alternate email account from which their messages are forwarded to their BlackBerry device.
Open your email client (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail or Entourage) on your computer or log on to your web-based email account.
Compose a message. Mail it to the intended recipient at the email address that they use on their BlackBerry.
Create
a new account with a third-party text message management client
such as Google Voice, which is free to
use. There is a link in the Resources section.
2
Set
up your cell phone to synchronize with the online client. Create a
new online number that you may use through your cell phone if
necessary.
3
Add
the numbers to additional phones. These numbers will automatically
receive forwarded text messages when you receive them on your cell
phone.
4
Add
additional accounts if you prefer. Google Voice, for example,
allows you to forward text messages to your email inbox.
To change your forwarded mail
settings, launch Outlook, then go to "Tools" and "Options." Click the
button in the upper right of the box that says "Email Options."
Change Your Forwarding Options
Look at the bottom of the next
window under "Replies and Forwards." In the drop-down box under "When
Forwarding a Message," change the entry from "Attach Original Message"
to "Include Original Message Text."
Restart Outlook
Close and then reopen Outlook. Your messages should now forward inline with the message rather than as an attachment.
If you can forward the message, then forward it to your regular e-Mail account. Go online and sign into your email account. From there you can print the message.
Sometime it depend on what kind of account are using? If the email is worth passing on, or even if it isn't and you just can't help yourself, hit the Forward button on your email program. Insert your email address in the To: field. "make sure you read correctly, your own email address." I have noticed the same thing. Occasionally, an email message will display normally in my Thunderbird inbox, but the body of the message will "disappear" when I try to forward it.
My Thunderbird program is set to send messages in plain text format, and that controls the way that messages are forwarded as well (even if they were originally composed in HTML). It works fine most of the time - but a small number of HTML messages "disappear" when forwarded. (I assume there's some problem with the original formatting of the message, or with the way that Thunderbird changes the HTML into plain text.)
I have found a work-around for the problem -- by changing the settings so that messages are sent (and forwarded) in HTML format. Here are the steps: * In Thunderbird, go to: Tools > Account settings * On the left side, scroll to the account in question, then select Composition & Addressing * Then on the right side, place a check mark in Compose messages in HTML format . * Click OK to close the account settings box.
After competing those steps, forwarded messages will retain their original HTML formatting, which should solve the "disappearing" problem.
And of course, you can change the account settings back and forth (between text and HTML composiition) whenever you like. So you could keep your account set to use plain text most of the time; and make the change only when you encounter a problematic HTML message.
You can forward your SMS message in the conversation by selecting "edit." Once you do that check boxes will appear next to each message. Select which one you want to email and press "forward" on the bottom of the screen. You then enter your email address you want it forwarded to.
