On the upper part of your iPHONE there is a small hole which is to be punch in to eject simcard tray of your unit. See picture below for reference.

Actually, there is no problem. That only means, your iPhone is locked to certain sim carriers. If you want to use your sim on your iPhone, you need to jailbreak it and then unlock it. And I got all tips for you to do those stuff.

You iPhone simcard may just have been jostled loose. The sim card sits in a tray, accessible using a paper clip. Try removing it and replacing it, that may help.

there is a mini hole beside the earphone jack. insert a pin to eject the simcard holder.

at the top of the phone you will see a small slot with a hole on one side.
using something small, like a needle, a hairpin, or the simcard removal tool, push one end of the tool into the hole and the sim tray will pop open.
switch out sim card.
replace.

Please insert another SIM on the same network . If it persist then another SIM from other network.Always restart the unit after re-inserting.

Try inserting the simcard from you rrazor v3 int your iphone.  then in the iphone, goto settings > mail, contacts, calenders, select import sim contacts

try removing the simcard from the iphone by inserting the end of a paperclip into the small hole at the top of the i-phone, this will push out the simcard. Then clean the simcard and re-insert it into the phone, the issue should now be resolved. if it persists then it could be because you have a faulty simcard in which case take your i-phone to your nearest apple/o2 store and they should give you a replacement.
