Frozen screen seems to be frozen and won't turn off or on after charging what should I do?

Hello,

When the Sansa e260 is frozen, first try to reset the player.

How to reset the e200 series player:
1. Press and hold the Power/Menu button for approximately 20 seconds.
2. Release the Power/Menu button.
3. Press the Power/Menu button again to turn on the player.
When resetting does not solve the problem, a reinstallation of the
firmware should be performed.
