Mine's rattling and I can't find what's loose! Any advice as to what it may be?
Check for loose mpounting bolts of the speaker itself. One unit I found had a Tolex covered back closure that was vibrating. Had to put a cleat in to secure it to the wall below it. Also check for wires that are unsecured.
after tightening all screws and feeling pretty helpless, i opened the thing up. somewhere on the web i'd read stuff about 'crappy baffle design' and 'loose circuit board'.
pulled out the amplifier casing. Cut an eraser to make a tight fit between the circuit board and the casing. stuck it there.
took some duct tape and put pieces along the periphery of the casing, wherever i thought i could possibly rattle against the chassis of the amp. Put the amp casing back in. it was a snug fit. Tightened all screws. Tightened the screws holding the speaker in place as well. Now its perfect. No rattle. Hope this works for you too =)
