Touch screen not working

You will have to purchase another touch screen

It's the charger screwing with the phone. Unplug it and I bet it works fine. Find a new charger.

No there is no software which is used by the service provider...It is impossible to lock the touch screen.The problem of your screen should related to Hardware failure.This sensitive components can easily damage....Therefore,my advise is to visit nearest mobile repairing shop.They can repair it by changing the touch or let them check the if it is internal hardware.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya

OK..your touch screen was jammed or not working and you did reset via code *2767*3855# then the phone restarted with the calibration cross....you tapped the cross but nothing is happening.......what to do? first shutdown the phone remove the battery for 30 sec also remove the simcard put the battery again start the phone when the calibration screen pops up tap on the cross here you must feel the tapping is working by feeling a light vibration of the phone.....then tap on the lower bar of the screen which has color (light gray) different than the calibration screen the cross will move to another corner......repeat this for all four corners then you should see and OK on the bar to save and exit to the normal screen........done

it sounds like the digitizer has stopped working have a look on ebay or go to your local phone repair centre you have a inner lcd and a digitizer on top.

You might have to align the screen but it its not working at all (the touch screen) it is probably a bad digitizer. You can buy a digitizer on ebay for $7-20

my phone feel in beer.... i dried it by the fan over night and was working fine for about four days. On the fourth day the touch screen didn't work, but all my buttons work. I can pick up phone calls, call the last person I talked to, and it also charges. Is there any way to fix my touch screen???

my touch screen stoped working i can still use all keys also i feel vibrate when touch the screen

Does it have an after market plastic cover? If so they sometimes touch one part of the screen making it non responsive. On a day it does work try recalibrating the screen.
