There is a small button the shaft of the shifter. Best way to find it. You know the large button you push to put the car in reverse slide your thumb down, you should feel it. Hope I got you in the right area.
Have spare tyres to sell
£20 each ono - I know it seems steep but I'm trying to recoup my own costs, sorry - if you want to buy all four I will negotiate reasonably

www.learningcurve.com has replacement tires. You have to click on Shop the store, and browse category "Replacement Parts". Then you can filter results with JLX in the search box and you'll get all available replacement parts for the Overdrive. I ordered 2 new tires from them for $7 each plus $7 shipping. Not too bad i guess. However, considering it came with defected tires I would return it to place of purchase for a new one. I had to replace mine twice before I actually got a new one with no problems, and it took 2 weeks before they restocked the item, even then it was the last one on the shelf. Hope this was helpful.
The following will link will provide you with video instructions. If worse came to worse you could always watch the videos and type out the instruction and print them. Hope this helps and let us know if you need further assistance.
