I jus got mi cell phone(lg shine)2 nights ago, and it keeps on freezing whenever i am doing something with it and after it is frozen for about 5minutes, it blacks out...I turn it on/off and that works because it comes back on, but then it goes back 2 freezing and blacking out again after 30minutes-1hour the most......PLZ HELP ME,because this is a brand new phone!

That sound to me as if that set needs to go to the manufacturer for a warranty claim as the set is brand new and can have a manufacturing fault DO NOT INTERFERE WITH ANYTHING AS IT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY CLAIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The screen most likely is damaged if you left it outside. Whether because it was frozen or got wet. You'll have to call your cell phone carrier and see if you have an insurance plan or a warranty that will cover that or you will have to purchase a new phone.
