Zebra, I have a Customer that has your Zebra S4M - 300 DPI ZPL. On our side we mapped our Label Templates with Bar Code Font of Code 128. It prints the UCC-128 20 digit # all wrong. See attached. When we change the Map to BarCode Font of EAN Ucc-128 Barcode it prints fine. Do you know of this or any suggestions?

There are 3 different DPI Printheads for Zebra printers if you print a label set up for a 200 DPI Printhead on a printer with a 300 DPI Printhead installed it will be about 66% of the size.
Krishan, sorry there are no settings that will allow you to do this on the 105SL. If the printer code expecting a 203 DPI printhead and you have a 300 DPI Printer then your label will print out much smaller then normal.
If you are printing labels with a label printing package (such as Seagull Bartender for Windows) then all you need to do is to install the proper printer driver. If you have your printer attached to a system that is sending "straight" ZPL (Zebra Printing Language Code) then your out of luck.
Check to make sure you have a 105SL printer driver. Also check to see if you have chosen ZPL for the language as well as the proper resolution (203, 300 and 600 dpi).
Yes. You have two printers that have different "dots per inch" print heads. The printer with the correct size font is a 300dpi printer and the second one is a 203dpi printer. That's why the bar code and text is printing larger with the same code being sent to the first printer. The dots on the printhead are larger therefore, larger print.
Change the printer driver on the second printer to Z105SL-300 dpi and the print will be just fine.
Con un windows driver, sí imprime? Intenta reiniciar la impresora con los parametros de fabrica. La impresora tiene zpl o epl firmware? Roberto Martinez
The S4M comes with either EPL or ZPL programming language installed. (installed at factory) The S600 is a ZPL only printer. Check that you have correctly specified the S4M as a ZPL printer. Print a config label to check. If it is set as an EPL printer contact your supplier and ask him to download the correct programming language. It should only take a competent engineer about ten minutes (If he knows what he is doing)
