Instead of enabling cookies, try to add the site to the "List of Trusted Sites".
Go to Tools->options in internet explorer
Go to the Security tab
Click on "trusted sites"
click on the Sites... button
Add the website to the list
You may need to uncheck the "require https://" checkbox.
You are infected maybe by a virus, please scan your system with a potent antivirus, if u r sure that system is a virus free, you uninstall the internet explorer and restart the computer after restating reinstall the ie. , if all of this did not work for you, rather suggest you to use another internet browser such as mozilla firefox. www.mozilla.com
On the other hand since your system is infected with some virus and spyware i would rather suggest you to backup all your important files and format and reinstall the windows for your safety banking activity.

hi, thanks for the suggestions, pretty sure there is no virus, laptpo very new and with all new programs including anti virus, lets me do everything else except my banking, not sure that I know how to uninstall internet explorer or change my browser so might take it to a computer guy and get him to have a try. Yes I have An Acer computor with windows. I am new to the computor world and when I try to get an a web site such as Wheel of fortune it says I dont have enough cookies. I have tried different things but cant seem to get any results. Can you help?(pleaseeeeeeeee)
