How do you clear error code on a bizhub C350. A piece of paper was fused on the fuser unit and we were able to get the paper off. Now we have no access because the panel is locked.

while powering up machine hold down utility/counter key until trouble reset appears on screen. select it and ok should apper under it. power down machine for atleast 10 sec and turn machine back on.

I want to be able to install my computer to Bizhub c350 I understand the ipc # 192.168.2.155but the drive bizhub c350 is not listed what other one is c0ampitable

bizhub c350 is not installed properly, the driver you are using are the correct drivers.

C350 bizhub image unit counter won't reset after changing

using a post:
1. With power ON, open the front door and locate the small, rectangular hole below the imaging unit removal tool.

2. Insert a suitable object into the hole to actuate the reset switch .
3. The code should clear and a message to close the front door should appear.
So all settings are RESET.

You post a wrong printer nr, you must have bizhub C350 not bizhub 350, beacause 350 doesnt have that kind of code.
In Bizhub C350 that code means:
C12C0: Hard disk recognition error
You have the following options:
- reinstall the hard disk
- change hard disk
or as a last chance change PWB-MFP
