It seems that the software "Power Director 8" has gone corrupt in your PC. This is normal and it does happen. The solution is that you reinstall it and it will be working fine.
First Time Setup:
1. Connect the power supply to the ScreenPlay Director and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or power outlet.
2. Press the power button on the front of the ScreenPlay Director to turn it on.
3. Turn on your TV and change the input setting as needed to receive input from the ScreenPlay Director.
4. When the ScreenPlay Director setup wizard appears on the TV screen, select your language and the TV screen aspect ratio, then configure your network connection. Refer to the user's manual if you need additional instructions.
NOTE: If you wish to skip the network configuration during first time setup, you can add it at a later time using
Settings from the ScreenPlay Director home menu. See the user's manual for detailed instructions.
