When I try to scan, the screen says "No scan options". How do I fic this?

FB11 1.4ghz Pentium 3-S not working.
the 1.4 chip is a tulatin, the 440 bx will not support a tulatin, even though it has the same pin-out as a p3 coppermine. i dopue that it would work on any socketed board either.
