Most firms, Panasonic included, only will sell Service Manuals to certified repair centres. So a chance you find one on the net is virtually zero.
The only chance I can think of, is looking on ifixit.com. They will publish manuals and videos of electronic equipment, they ever did get in their hands. They also can help with tools and spare parts.
Sounds like the card is from another camera or was formatted on a computer. If there are pics on it you want to save, download them using a card reader if necessary. Then, format the card in your camera.
1. Power off
2. Remove the battery.
3. Put the battery to its place
4. Power on
5. If nothing happens
6. Replace the battery with charged one
7. Power on again
Have you looked at the number of inches that 72 dpi is spread out over? 72 dpi is the standard default setting for any digital camera. What matters is the size that you actually print it at.
