Try reseating your IDE cables. or Assuming you have powered down and restarted and then click start button\control panel\system\hardware tab\device manager and see if there are any yellow/red flags that might give you some information.
If all else fails go to the cd drive in device manager and uninstall the driver and follow directions, choose automatic install when it gets there. Then do the same with the cd/dvd and see if things work.

went to my computer and its saying F:\ is not accesible. tried cleaning with cd cleaner and uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. need help.
