Puk code the phone is asking me for a puk code. I dont know what code to put in. cat you help me.

Call your service provider for the PUK code.
Your service provider know the PUK, Personal Unlocking Key, for that sim card.
Do not attempt to put in any more codes, after ten attempts, the sim card is permanent lock and will become unusable.

Service Provider will give the PUK Code....You can call them...

the code you are putting in is your phone pin code,unfortunately you have blocked your sim card,call your service provider for your puk code.when putting it in it will ask you for a new pin code,if you make it the same as your phone pin code you will not need to put in 2 codes everytime you switch on your phone..

The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone should not ask for the PUK anymore.
