Error code 1 comes up when i access my mailbox

this means the voicemail card is full. look at all extensions mailboxes or a general message mailbox and delete all the messages and try again. If it is no good still you will need to get in the admin mailbox and change your mailbox to allow messages.

Conundrum. Did you get the park code by pressing feature 74? You can try retrieving the call and hanging it up that way. :)

First, access your voice mailbox (press VM button & enter your password)
When you hear you have ??? messages, Press 7.
You will be prompted for another password (the Admin default password is 2275)
Press 2 administer mailboxes
Press 1 to reset mailbox password then follow the instructions. It will tell you what the current password is to the mailbox you select and you have the option to keep it or change it.

try accessing it from another machine outside your network. If the error occurs then its a problem with mailbox on the server which can only be fixed by yahoo technicians. as i do not have access to their mailbox server.

Depending on the type of voicemail you have, you''ll have to login to the admin mailbox. That's done by pressing your voicemail key or intercom 777. If you have a Partnermail VS the admin mailbox is 99 with the default password of 1234. If you mave a Partner Messaging System the admin mailbox is 0 with a default password of 1234 or 123456. If you have administrator access use the following steps to change the code:
Access the Administratin Main Menu and select 4 for mailbox programming.
Select the mailbox to program. Dial option code 1402. The current value will be played. To hear the current value press 1, to enter a new value press 2, to hear the range of valid values press 3. Press 2 to enter new value. Enter the access code for the mailbox. The value you entered is played back. Press1 to save or 2 to re-enter. Press 3 to exit without saving. Press # to exiit or hang up.
