Cannot burn audio cd with iTunes

Maybe iTunes don't want your burning their music. I'm not sure cuz I don't use Itunes, but if it works on others that sounds like it might be the problem.

Here I found the below on Apple's site.

Symptoms Find out what to do if you can't burn an audio CD using iTunes for Windows. Sometimes an audio disc may not burn as expected. Here are some things to check.
Resolution Update iTunes Download and install the latest version of iTunes for Windows.
Songs not authorized iTunes will stop burning a disc if one or more of the songs in a playlist were purchased from the iTunes Store but are not authorized to play on this computer. This message appears:
"Some of the files can not be burned to an audio CD. Do you still want to burn the remainder of this playlist? For more information on why some files can not be burned, click below".

There's more so click the link below and see why you can't burn your cd.

ITunes stopped working.

Search for a folder called iTunes Library - if you find it, click directly on the file inside this folder called iTunes Library.
If you find more than one, select the one you prefer and later you should be able to delete the others ..
If you open iTunes by clicking on the library, instead of just opening iTunes, it should set the library for you in the iTunes Preferences and it "should" stay that way ... just to be sure, close iTunes and then reopen the normal way, just by clicking on the program ... see what happens ...
Be careful not to delete any "extra" libraries that contain music that is not in the library you select - ideally you should have only one library with all the music, videos, etc, in it ...
If this doesn't work, go to Preferences in iTunes and look at the "advanced" tab - look at what it says for iTunes media folder location - make sure this is where your library is ...
This process can be a bit complicated, particularly if you have more than one library, so it's important to find the one library you want to keep, make sure all the music and other things are in it (copy everything in if you have to) and delete any additional libraries ...
Let us know what happens, how it works out. If you have more questions come back!
Once you get it set correctly, don't move your iTunes library if you don't have to, because it is a little confusing to get iTunes to show all your music correctly again ... if you have to, search on Google for "how to move iTunes Library" for help before you do it!

ITunes registry error/CD-DVD not being recognized

I had the same problem with iTunes and installing the GEAR driver fixed it. If the drive itself is disappearing then the problem is probably more than iTunes. Try updating the actual CD driver at the Dell Support Page then install the GEAR driver again.

I cannot download songs from itunes onto my sansa

This can get quite difficult due to copyright problems. Even though you legally purchased the music, ITunes uses something called Digital Rights Management to keep people from doing anything illegal with their products. In addition, the Sansa media player most likely does not support MP4 format, which is what ITunes plays music in. Hopefully, you dont have many songs you are wanting to do this with. You have 1 of 3 options that I know of:

1. -Burn all files onto a blank cd.
-Re-load the files into itunes from the blank cd (Import) (This
strips the DRM and should allow you to put the music into a
foreign player). You will, however, lose the artwork from the
songs and will have to re-name them most likely.
-You will also have duplicate songs in ITunes until you delete
the copy you dont want (or keep it).
2. Purchase a software like noteburner which can strip DRM for
you (does the same as option 1, just cleaner). Costs approx.
$35.00
3. Trade the Sansa for an IPOD.

Toshiba laptop won't burn cd from itunes

I had the same promblem. What you should do is make a serperate file on you desktop and drag all of your music that you burn or download to that folder first. Drag it to Itunes after that. Now, you only have to drag the songs to Itunes if you want them on there for you iPod. Take the songs from the folder, and drag them to windows media players burn list. Insert a blank disc and you should be good. Keep in mind that you can only do this if you put downloaded or burned music to the created folder first. If you take it to Itunes first, you will have to re-download or re-burn your music again.
Hopefully this helped you guys.
