What sort of wrist band do you have? Metal or leather/plastic? Make sure the spring pin is properly inserted into the holes on the watch. Sometimes if there is tension in the wrist band the spring pin will not expand all the way into the hole and thus will come out when putting the watch on the wrist.
You can try searching on ebay, sometimes you will find fossil wristbands there, or if you don't care you can get a nice generic wristband. Your choice! I hope this helps!
mcdevito75 here, Best Bet is to visit a small watch repair shop in your area, too much bending of the latch could ruin it, then you"ll have to buy a whole new band.
If you have a new wristband, there is a spring loaded lug where the band joins the watch, use a sharp knife or jeweler's screwdriver to slide the lug from the watch
