Could be the bake element or the board If it has a oven control board. If the board is bad it won’t bake or broil so try broil if that works it’s the bake element that you’ll need to replace

check the plug it sounds like the plug is not secure only getting one leg of current push in firmly

The door switch has gone bad. This will keep the oven light on and the self clean won't work because it thinks the door is open.

If the pilot is clean and still won't light then the problem is with the safety valve that won't open and so needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Before anyone can answer this we'd need to know the type, model number and manufacturer of the oven. Sorry.
However, it's odd that the oven won't work if the clock won't. Usually it's the other way around.

The model you gave was for a microwave oven. In the backside of the microwave is a air cooling window. If it gets clogged with junk the mag will overheat and the limit on the side of it will shut down the oven. Simply cleaning this area so that air can circulate better can cure the problem. I suspect it finally got so bad that the cavity thermal limit has blown now and you have nothing at all.
