Plantronics Explorer 320 I can hear but nobody can hear me

I paired the headset with my new Sprint touch. I can hear people fine, but nobody can hear me. It seems like it's on mute, but I don['t know how to unmute it. Any advice??

I did this initially and again and the problem is still there.

I went to sound settings and don't see anything for microphone. The only options are ring type, ring tone, and keypad...no help. Any other advice??

First, you need to setup the phone for bluetooth:

- Start on the menu screen
- Select the bluetooth icon
- Select handsfree
- Select add

Now to setup the headset:

- Begin with headset turned off
- Press and hold the call button until the headset begins to flash blue and red.

The headset is now ready. When found by the phone, the plantronics model number will be displayed on the screen. for more information about your gadjet: http://www.plantronics.com/media/media_r...

On the phone:
- Select search
- Highlight the plantronics headset on the list and press select
- Enter "0000" as the passkey and press accept.

If your headset is flashing blue it is paired correctly.

Ok..try to go your sound settings, maybe the microphone is turned off. OR try to restart your phone just to make that headset is working properly.

Explorer 320 will not pair with ipod touch

After researching the web, this is what's recommended for your Explorer 320, even though it's an older model. You need to put the headset into pairing mode, the LED on the headset must be flashing red/blue, red/blue when it is in pairing mode, then the phone will be able to find the headset.

CAN'T GET BB9630 TO CONNET TO PLANTRONICS 320 BLUETOOTH

Remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove
again the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. If this does not resolve the issue, delete any pairing information for your Explorer 320 headset and pair it again with your phone, carefully following the instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Explorer 320.

Can't get new Blackberry 9630 to discover Plantronics 330. I've followed the pairing instructions for both instruments, but the Blackberry doesn't detect the headset no matter how close it is.

Once you make your BlackBerry discoverable, then put the Plantronics Explorer 330 into pairing mode by holding the call control button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Explorer 320 user guide which has the pairing instructions, it will be the same for the 330.
