I have spent the day trying to fix this printer. I made one copy and it worked fine. When I tried to copy another page, it said there was a jam. I checked everywhere and there was nothing I could see. I removed the ink cartidge, turned it off and back on. Then the message changed to, "No paper pickup." Well it has paper in it. It just won't work. Can you help me?
Hi , I just had a same problem with the HP Laser Jet 3055 printer at our office but I fixed it! try this:
Turn off the printer.
Open the printer door.
Remove the Cartridge.
Look down behind the cartridge, there's a small white roll. Try playing with it. move it back and forth. try emptying the paper tray and place it back in the printer.
Turn on the printer.
I did this and for some reason it worked! GOOD LUCK!

look on roller behind cartridge. Most certainly there will be a very small piece of paper stuck in the rollers. Take it out. Printer will reset.

from yesterday we've had excatly the same problem :

The printer was working all right. I changed the Toner. Then the message came uo no paper pick up"
