My printer says delecting off line it will not print

try to delect some massages in your in box, delect some items in your muilt media like pictures you don't really need, music you don't want e.t.c because the memory is full can not save anything again execpt you delect some items you don't need.

try clearing all the messages first

I do not know how to come in the bios features to delect a bootable drive

The white lines occur when the print-heads do *NOT* output coloured-ink when they should be.

Run the Epson printer-software to "clean-the-print-heads".

Can you perform a test print? Try this:
To print a Test Menu page
1 Press On Line] to take the printer off line.
2 Press [Menu] repeatedly until TEST MENU appears.
3 Press [Item] repeatedly until PS CONFIG PAGE (or another PS test page)
appears.
4 Press [Enter] to print the page. The page will print in less than one minute.
5 Press [On Line] to place the printer back on line.

Did the printer print? If so, you may have either an nterface or cable problem.

turn collate off the printer will treat each page as a separate job slowing the machine down.

Try going to the "menu" button and look for "printer settings", then "cleaning" on the display.

Do a printer utility deep cleaning and possibly be prepared to replace the cartridges
