I would take out the SD memory card and use it with a card reader like this one: http://bit.ly/5fruhB . You simply take out the SD memory card and put it in the card reader. Then put the usb end of the card reader into your computer and download the pictures that way.I also recommend that you download Picasa, a free photo organizer/editor for your pictures: http://bit.ly/5f6HEt This way you bypass the lousy Polaroid software altogether.
