Change Time We do not seem to have a manual for our Panasonic KX-T7630 phone system. How do I go about changing the time display on the phone? Nanja

If you are using this phone on a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system.:
From the Switcboard / Main telephone or Managers phone with the handset on the cradle/hook:
1. Press PROGRAM * * or PROGRAM * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234).
2. Now press 000 and then ENTER.
3. Enter the last 2 digits of the year and then select the month with either SEL+ or AUTO ANS / MUTE.
4. Scroll right with the right arrow key and change the date.
5. Press the NEXT button on the screen and the time will appear.
6. Set the time. Press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save your changes.
7. Lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.

Press 000, Press Enter, enter the YEAR
Press select for Month
Press right arrow, enter date (MM-DD)
Press Enter, Press Next, Enter Hour (01 to 12)
Enter minute (00 to 59 seconds), select AM or PM, press enter, and then press hold.

Exit until you are back at the main screen and you're done!

I can answer it, but it requries programming access to your system.

Better to call your installer/programmer who will know how he set it up.
It's an intercept timing issue.

To change time on the KX-T7630 switchboard (using the TDA 100).
Press Progam or pause
Enter **
Enter your system password.

press cursor down one level - you will then see set date and time.

To exit the programming mode at anytime, lift the handset.

Press the left button under the display (PROG in English) dial 021 STORE (4th soft key).

Now the buttons say PROG :-)

owners manual makes no reference to time stamp , setting time .

So the real answer is: Do you people buy these phones and forget to attend the training class, or does your dealer expect you to call evertime something happens?

The time display on a 76xx phone comes from the phone system. It is adjusted via Caller ID, or via system programming.

If you are looking at the manual for the phone itself this probably is not covered because the phone system stores the time, not the phone. I do not know which Panasonic phone system you have.
