Kingston DT200/128GB not able to detect

Go to your Admin Tools, computer management, disk management and if it shows up there but with a black line across the mini window it showing in, it will need to be enabled for windows to see it. if nothing like that is working, it may just be a bad drive. kingston 128Gb flash drives may not be formatted correctly for windows to see that its plugged in

I don't formats my kingston 64gb pen drive

Hi kingkumarae,
Due to viruses , the drive cannot be formatted in many cases, however if you want to format it ,

I would recommend that you restart your computer and plug in the pen drive and then do not autorun it.

When you do that , you can right click on the drive that you find in my computer and then rightly click on select format option, and then you can format your drive.

If this does not work in your computer you can possibly try it in your laptop using the same procedure.

Hope this helps ...:)

I have a kingston datatraveller 200 64GB. I cannot access it and I get the message 2233 Pram. HOW can I read my files?

You can not. This is a damaged Flash Drive. The portion of the chip that holds the programming has become damaged. I had the exact issue. It had to be sent to a level 3 recovery company. Like ADR or Ontrack. I used ADR. Then you can send the device to Kingston for a free replacement but Kingston will NOT do a data recovery for you.

64GB Kingston DataTraveler won't format

Try using someone else's computer to format it. If that doesn't work .... then it sounds like the drive itself has sustained physical damage. I would contact whoever sold it to you and ask them for a Return Merchandise Authorization (if you bought it recently) because it is probably dead.
