I have a kodak easyshare z710 it says it takes 3 batteries I know where the double AAs go but not the crv3 please help

You can use two AA batteries OR one CRV3 battery. A CRV3 is nothing more than two AAs stuck together and go where two AAs go.

Can't find battery charger, any ideas

The Z710 uses standard AA batteries, disposable or rechargeable. If you want to use rechargeables, you should be able to find battery chargers at just about any department, electronics, or office-supply store.

Will not power up with new batteries before this it would power off at random

The first thing to do is check the battery contacts inside the camaeras battery compartment. Make sure they are not dirty or corroded and clean them if necessary. I have seen this problem with other models of the EasyShare wher users have used normal then rechargeable batteries that have effectively squashed the battery contacts so when then went back to using normal batteries they did not fit correctly.

Kodak EasyShare M763

I went ahead and looked this up for you. Kodak says you need a Li-Ion Rechargeable Digital Camera Battery KLIC-7001.

You had the right idea, but the wrong number. Hope this helps.

Kodak EasyShare Z710 as a Web cam

Some cameras can be used as a webcam, however i dont think Kodak thought this through and therefore did not provide software for webcam on the cd.

Z710 Camera quit working

Pry the battery contacts " in bottom of camera" up GENTLY" with a small flat head screw driver. They bend easy causing this problem. The force from the battery door can cause this. Always use the "rechargeable" batteries, and make sure it is fully charged. I'll bet anything it will work then. Also. clean the contacts top and bottom with a Q-tip, using a little dab of white vinigar on one side, then dry using other side of Q-tip.Then turn on camera without memory card. Kodak cameras love to eat batteries. The older they get the worse. You might have to repeat this every week or couple of months.
