Kv-32fs16, no picture or sound , red lights flash 4 times

In sony tv`s the 4 blink code(sony error codes)usually means that there is a vertical deflection problem.
It is often caused by a faulty vertical output i.c and/or related components. If you feel handy with a soldering iron let me know and i`ll help you with it.

Know how to solders?Must replaced two power ICs.One IC near the FBT,big block of plastic with a red wire with a cap hook to a CRT.The other IC about 6' beside it.Replaced both these ICs will get power back.

I have a Sony Wega Trinitron when you turn it on the standby light will blink 4 times than there is about a 20 minutes delay before the TV will finally come on .
