Motion sensing seems to be funky as the weather gets colder. I have the sensitivity turned all the way down and the lights still come on when nothing is there. They fade to dark (or dim if that's what I have set) and immediately come back to bright.

Put a cover (shoe box, piece of cardboard, etc.) over the eye to block any possible movement that it may be seeing. If it still acts the same, then the electronics have failed. If it doesn't, then the eye is seeing something that you are not.

Let me know what you find.

Motion lite stays on all the time

If your motion sensor light is not turning off or it stays on for long periods of time, it might need to be reset. Your outdoor sensor lights are not working or they seem less sensitive than the usual. Your motion sensor lights should work some of the time, not just on some occasions.

I have an installed PIR exterior motion sensing light, but no instructions on how to set the controls. Now, if it senses motion, it will stay on for hours.

the sensor has at least 2 knobs maybe 3. one show hands of a clock one show sun. one may show sensitivity. the adjustment is low to hi the wider the adjustment the greater the setting check out this picture on ebay for the icon.

I have lost the manual for this product and would like to know how to set it up, at this time it stays on when the light switch is on.

If you turn the switch off and on real quick the light should stay on. If you turn the light off for about 5 seconds and then turn it one, then it should sense something that moves and is warm depending on the sensitivity switch setting.

HOW DO I GET MOTION DETECTION TO WORK?

Are you sure the cameras are capable of motion sensing and make sure that you do not need an additional control cable to the camera to make that work.

Motion light stays on

If there is a "sensitivity" setting, it appears to be sett too sensitive, therefore the unit thinks there is constant motion.

My Whirlpool does not get cold enough. It has 5 x

This means that the thermostat section is faulty as it seems to sense the temperature with an error.
When it is set at a higher level is seems that the circuit seems to get a wrong error and so cuts off. Also if the compressor is not pumping well or the gas is down the cooling will be low.
Try and see on the maximum setting if there is cooling and the point it cuts off, if this get you the best cooling and if the compressor shuts down on reaching this temperature. If so the control unit is a suspect.

Is their a way to adjust the delay time on a 390-6107xx-eg1d motion sensor light? If I stand still it cuts out in 3 seconds

There is a switch on the front that allows for different times before shutdown. Also there is a smaller dial beneath the panel that lets you adjust the sensitivity. Try adjusting it to be more sensitive ( + ) so that you are seen and then the timer should kick in.
