What a pity. Such a lovely phone gone down the drain, almost.
If it stayed in water for that long, at least 45 minutes, it must short circuited all its components. Even if one IC goes Nokia scraps the phone.And in your case you cant say how many.
Are you still hoping for a miracle. Well, recharge the battery. It will take a long time to show "charging" as the battery must have drained completely. After that follow the procedure in the link below.

And I too hope there is a miracle.
Try this as well. Water kills mobiles unfortunately.
Take the battery compartment off,and remove the battery, wipe inside the compartment with kitchen towel plus wipe the battery. Now take all parts into a warm room and leave for 24hrs (Not on radiator).
Then reassemble and try.
If it doesn`t charge then the phone is damaged internally.
