My lx is not comming on , the orange light is on when its plugged on the charger but the phone will not come on

When did this start?

It sounds like your charging port is broken.

try plugging it in to the computer or try a new battery

try to change the battery.........

its covered by a rubber like flap.the flap is on the left near the hinging for the flip. its a vary tiny usb connection

alright..my sidekick does he same thing but i fund a temp fix....the guy at the store says its the charging port..idk.....first plug it in....let it charge 4 ten min....then try to put in on...it will say the low battery sign...dont worry...then t8 sumting pointy and push it in the little reset hole behind the screen as you swivel it...as soon as you see the little box with the circles in it you press and hold the space button... hopeully it will start by showing the four butttons....if it does start and cuts off at the tmoblie sign jus let it charge longer and do it agian....hopefully it will work on yours it worked on mine....gud luk

Sounds like your charger port is busted. Ti is a common problem on sidekick 3 and can effect sidekick IDs as well. A fairly cheap workaround is to get an external battery charger. It will have a slot to charge the sidekick battery external formthe phone. They sell on ebay fior about 25 dollars.

The sidekick ID and sidkeick 3 batteries are the same so it will work. Check then out here

you phone needs to be reflash, take the phone to a mobile service provider and have them replace correct the issue.
