·Open "My Computer." In Windows XP, the icon is on the desktop. In Windows Vista or Windows 7, you must access this via the "Computer" option in the Start menu.
·Double-click the "C" drive, followed by the "Windows" folder inside. Locate the temporary Photoshop folder, which will look similar to this: "Photoshop Temp6382948398." Double-click the folder when you find it.
·Locate the file inside the temporary folder that matches the name of the corrupted file. Double-click it to open it in Photoshop.
· Click "Save As" in the "File" portion of the main menu bar. Save it in a different location and under a different name
It looks to me like the Destination folder location has a typo(or 2), see after where it says \Windows\\ there should be only one \ so if your installing via steam or other similar installer check in the setting for the FOLDERS and check destination folder when you see the path try removing the \ at the start.
Alternatively manually go to the folder C:/Legend/
copy the file vcl40.bpl to C:/Windows/Temp/
You may find their are more files u need to do this with but should flag them up as u go, but hopefully you can just correct the destination path error. Hope this fixes it.
The File setup in folder DX-WC101 (or 100) extract with.WinRAR.. In new folder "Disk1" file "setup" go to "propertys" and choose "compatibility". Put Windows XP with SP3. It's all, start installation. Will all 100%! Sorry for my English :)
Was getting the same error for version 12. On the cd there is a support folder. In that there is an installs folder. I installed jet, mdac and the xml parser (probably not necessary) and the next install worked OK.
Right click on My Computer, select Properties. Click the Hardware tab and then select Device Manager. Find modems in the list. Click on the + and then Right click on the modem and select update driver. check the box that says install from a list or specific location (Advanced) and hit next. Check the box that says include this location in the search. Click Browse and Navigate to the folder where you downloaded the driver to. Click Next and if the driver you downloaded is the correct one it will find it and install it
If you're running the install program from the install disk CD, it may be attempting to create a work folder on the CD instead of your hard drive. I would drag a copy of the install program onto your hard drive first and then launch the copy on your hard drive. Let me know if that solves your install woes... best of luck on this. K
It's a error message with Windows installer not for Itune.

If the My Music folder is in the wrong location or incorrectly
assigned in the Windows registry, you may see one of the following
error messages:
"The folder iTunes is on a locked disk or you do not have write permissions for this folder."
"The folder iTunes cannot be found or created and is required. The default location for this folder is inside the Music folder."
If you see one of the above errors, follow these steps to troubleshoot this:
Verify the location of your Windows XP My Music folder. The default location for this folder is
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music
If you do not have this folder at the default location and have not
moved it to another location, consider creating one inside your My
Documents folder.
Once you have installed Tweak UI, open it from the Start menu.
In the column on the left, click on the plus symbol (+) next to My Computer and select Special Folders.
In the right pane on the Folderlist, click My Music.
Click
the Change Location button. You may see a warning message appear with
precautions for changing this setting; after reviewing the message,
click Yes.
In the resulting window, browse for the My Music folder as described in step 1, and click OK.
