You must not be holding the WATCH CLOSE ENOUGH to your, phone... PC, iPad... (etc.).

I'm not feeling the MAKE & MODEL... (not given)
(perhaps if you STATED THEM...??

I'm having trouble imagining what watch... from what part of the world...

So I'll just say the most common watch in the Men's Movado collection is 394... For my wife's Techno Marine's 394
(380 or Sony SR936sw)...

Caution only ever use quality tools... Never open a case without ALL the proper tools.

Get the AWI (American Watch Institute) watch battery guide (highly recommended)...

Jewelers loupe is also a must.. forceps, screw drivers & case presses...

ELSE leave it to the Professionals who will scratch and gouge more than the neighborhood taggers

That's right- your watch needs battery replacement. No matter you wear it every day or just once a year - battery life comes to an end in a two years time approximately. Expect the same all over and over again.

unscrew the crown a little so you can pull it out. this will allow you to change the date and the time. the first position is for the date and the second position is for the time.

You do not need to return the watch. It has self adjusting features (operated by the owner). Pull out crown to the first click, then push and hold the pushbutton at 2 o'clock to adjust the hand. When done - push crown back in.
If it doesn't work, pull out crown to the second click and do as described above.

if it is an automatic you will have to wear it or shake it for a little while. If it is quartz then the battery might have to be changed.
