My v3 razor says bootloader o7.00 sw version battery ok, ok to program, connect usb data cable.. why and how do i fix this

You need to find two things the flash file for your exact software version razr and carrier unless gsm. then you need a program called rsd lite to actually flash the phone. or reload the software email me the exact screen display and ill see if i can find links to everything for you.
