My Lexicon Lambda is not working

i just bought lexicon lambda and when i connect my bass guitar on i get no sound. cubase seem to get signal but i cant hear anything. lexicon works-i can hear sounds from pc. i have a realteck audio card from my pc, turned it off, still the same problem.

installed lambda (2nd cd) and cubase le4 on (XP pack 3) With mic connected I get a signal and a peak on Lambda
but when i record and playback nothing is recorded. I imported a midi file which works fine on media player, I have a sound blaster installed, and I can see the score and change it in cubase . But no sound through my computer speakers. I have been to the device setup and changed through lambda asio to asio directx full duplex driver and a web download asio4all v2 and back

I've got a Lambda and have installed Cubase LE 4 and everytime I start it up I get the error 'Lambda ASIO could not be started'. I can't get any sound out of Cubase with any of my ASIO's and its pissing me off

i cant get my lambda to install from the disc.im using a vista pc.it just never reads the disc! i cant get my lambda to install from the disc.im using a vista pc.it just never reads the disc!

During installation of the lambda cd when it comes to the pick what you want to install part I cannot click on the driver box only the documents box? then when I proceed it says cannot find lambda and make sure its connected to your computer? anyone know why?
