Sounds like there is a piece of paper stuck in the machine somewhere. Maybe a sensor arm has been pulled out of location. Let me know.

Hi,i have a canon NP 6220 Photo Copier but i have faile to connect it to my PC in order to print documents. Please can you help? Kevin.

Sorry, the Canon NP 6220 is an Analog copier. All NP series copiers are Analog. You need a Digital copier in order to connect to a PC.

Canon np 6030

Is it looking for toner or is there still a jam in it. You may want to try to turn it off and unplug the sorter and turn it back on. If that dose not work turn off again and unplug the adf and turn it on again. If that dose not work if you have unplug the bottom 2 trays. If one of those is causing the problem look deeper in to one of those units. Also, will it showw or flash a error code on the display?
