I forgot my password for my tilt because i broke the screen and just bought a new one and i forgot it

only way to reset your phone is to reset it completely which will wipe everything off your phone.
Hold the 2 softkeys (under screen left & right) and at the same time push the reset button with your stylus. Continue to hold the soft keys until a message comes up asking if you want to do a reset
