I have a 2004 Jeep GC. My check engine light stays on. I have replaced my IAC motor, O2 sensors, the main computer, spark plugs, throttle positional sensor...and more...still the light comes on. It has been to two shops and they can't seem to get it right. It vibrates bad at idle, gas mileage is 10 mpg, it never starts on the first try unless sitting all night, it chugs as if it is running out of gas, it spits out a ton of black smoke when given gas.....WTF!? I want to roll this damn POS into a 14 ft ditch! I need HELP PLEASE!!!!
What code are getting after all those new parts?
and what engine do you have,do you know what the original code was, because one code can do a domino affect to other sensors,it doesn't make them all bad.
your problems could be a lot of things ,faulty crank and cam sensors, egr valve leaking vacume,or intake leak of vacume.playing hit or miss with parts is really expensive.
