Check to see if the flame rod tip is in the flame(like the hot junction on a thermocouple). the pressure switches are a normally closed switch and a blocked flue could cause them to open. the circuit board should run through the safety switches and check them before the gas is opened at the valve. also the drain lines that you see at the inducer fan should be free of condensation but if the inducer fan has condensation in it, it will open the airflow safety switch. you will hear the crackling noise from the fan. also there should be a trap below the fan that should be full of water to keep the fan from pulling air from the wrong place. I would not suspect the board at this point

Flame sensor dirty

Sandpaper lightly scrubbed over the sensor tip to remove any contamination.

Sometimes cleaning is not enough and the sensor must be replaced.

The inducer fills with water and passes into the pressure switch

This unit is designed to condense, I suspect that the drain is blocked by some debris. Remove the larger hoses from the burner box and inducer motor and blow into them to clear any debris. Plug the end of the hose so you don't force water into either the inducer or burner box. Make sure that there is a vent on the drain just as it leaves the furnace cabinet. This will assist the drain to work properly and not cause the condensation to go up in the pressure switch hose.

Gas furnace, main burner ignites the other 2 don't. then shutdn.

Between the burners is a small rail in the pressed steel where the flame runs across to light the other burners and it sounds like there is dirt or debris in the step over rails causing the problem. You will need to use some compressed air on those rails to clear them out. Once the rails are clear the other two burners should ignite right away.

BURNERS WIL NOT LIGHT UP AND THE RED LIGHT FLASHES 3 TIMES INDICATING THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH PRESSURE SWITHC

Check your vent termination and air intake for obstruction or debris. Inspect the vent pipe for sags that could keep water in the pipe and not allow it to drain back to the unit. Check for water in the inducer fan as well as any tubes to the pressure switch and to the condensate drain. Last thing to look at is the air filter, make sure it is clean.

My sink is backing up on bothe sides

Your drain line is clogged, beyond the sinks. You might be able to use a plunger to clear it. Seal off one the drains and use the plunger in the other. After you get it cleared, run pure hot water for a few minutes to melt the junk out of the line. When using the disposer, use cold water only, NEVER hot. If this doesn't get your drain flowing, you will have to snake the drain--to the main drain.

Hi have a7yr old dryer vent is clean dryer run 10 mins and fire stops and dryer runs

you probably have a clogged vent pipe.

This causes the unit to overheat and shuts down the burners.

Clear all lint from the pipe, the dryer exit inot the pipe, and the pipe exit from the house.

When the main burner turns on, it shuts off after a few seconds

You have a venting issue. Either the vent is blocked or there is combustion air entering back into the heater. Call a qualified technician right now!

Pilot Light Goes Out

The VC701 has a safety switch located on the back of he heater that may be tripping after the call for heat is satisfied. Check that there is a good draft by testing with a match. Make sure the flame is drawn toward the vent system when the unit is off and cooling down. Check it at the draft diverter located below where the vent pipe is attached. It is a box with an open bottom. If the draft is not pulling air toward the vent system, the heat from the cooling heater will trigger the safety switch and shut off the pilot. You may have to raise the vent pipe to establish a draft.
