Have a Keurig B60 that won't exit the set the settings menu. Can cycle through and changed everything but when done and trying to exit, the machine briefly flashes ready and then goes back to the settings. It will brew a full cup if you mash the button you want often enough to get through the settings, but it's becoming a pain. I love this coffee maker.

You are probably using a coffee that is ground to fine. This coffee brewer requires a course grind. If the coffee is to course it will restrict water flow and shut down.

SOURCE: My Keurig B60 is Suddenly Brewing WEAK Coffee

I don't have a solution but have just experienced the same problem and am baffled. I am using the same beans same grind. In fact using the exact same grind it went from great one day to weak the next day.  I always run it for 15 - 16 secs to get the shot and that hasn't changed. Pressure and temperature appear fine. I cleaned the top of the top filter which was a little dirty but not seriously bad - no change. The coffee flow which is normally chocolate coloured to start with is just mid brown.

You have to remove teh 5 screws from the bottom plate on the unit and they there is a small translucent corrugated hose fastened with a small ty-rep. Remove this hose and simply drain the stainless tank to the sink and replace the hose over the barb, slide the ty-rap back in place and it is EMPTY. Takes ten minutes start to finish. Phillips screwdriver and needlenose pliers are all that is needed.

The machine won't turn on at all. Tried t in several functioning outlets and it won't power up. Only 6 months old. Keurig B60

Hi,

The problem is often that the machine develops a leak in the hose that is rightover the transformer...the water drips onto the transformer and kills that...then you have no power to run the machine.

Here is a tip that I wrote about this problem...

My Keurig B60 does not run at all. The screen comes on and says: Not Ready and also says auto off set. The cup lights do not flash. I cannot get the menu to come on. Unplugging it and plugging it in...

Not sure if this will help, but I had the same problem over Xmas. This was posted 8 Jan, and I cut/pasted it here. Sounds complicated, but it's not. Just print it off instead of trying to remember it! I'd be interested to see if you had the same 'codes' as I, and if your machine had hot water when it ran... I have not done anything since that post...

Patient: Keurig B60
Symptom: "Not ready" light is on. Reservoir is filled and needles are clean, so problem is not user related.

Internet search yeilded some hope for another Keurig machine. While turned off, simultaneously press and release the small and med button, then menu three times. You get into a programming/diagostics menu. As you scroll (via the menu button) mine says Ready 602, Brew 265, Autooff 099, Set 007, Set/set 099, Descale 099, and Menu 000.

While at 000, press the med button but do not release. Press and release menu and immediately press small, then let go of small and med together. Pump runs and water is circulating, but is cold. Not sure if it should be cold (just a test routine, etc) or whether the heater is blown or something more troublesome.

Anyone have any ideas/experience with this information (I have no problem in ripping the machine apart if I have to. It can't be that complicated!).
