I have just broken my small domestic Imperia pasta maker: the cog that the handle fits in has split. Looking at http://www.jbprince.com/images/SCHEMP107.jpg, it seems I need the "right side interior pieces", but cannot find any local or internet supply of these. Any ideas?
(I'm not sure it's "La Pavoni". It just says "Imperia Trading srl" on the box.)
I'm near Derby, UK. Thanks for any help.

You can find the Imperia Pasta Maker Instructions at the following site. However, it does not include instructions for the ravioli addition.

Check out this link, its all there. I use a food processor instead of hand mixing, its faster.

Have fun!

Be sure the Cover is firmly engaged! There is a Safety Switch in the 'left' slot that prevents the machine from operating when the over is OFF!
Just attach the pasta machine to your countertop, table or cutting board with the clamp. Put the crank in the hole. The pasta goes inbetween the rollers of course and turn the crank. Start with the rollers furthest apart or the biggest number and roll the dough twice on each number. There are videos to watch on my website:

Good luck with that!
