Twin Star electric fireplace fan (maybe heater) doesn't work!

It is just a simple 3 prong rocker switch. No wiring diagrams are offered. Manual says find an electrician.

There are a number of fan motors available on this eBay page. They are normally the type with a motor and a cylindrical fan. Or you can remove the motor and and take it to a local motor rewinds place and see if they can supply one.

With that said, I can tell you, from what you described, you need more than just and ON/OFF Switch, if in fact, it "burned out". Something else electrically is wrong with your electric fireplace-heater to cause that.

Unfortunately, you failed to mention the Model Number of your Charm Glow Fireplace, so I can't steer you, to where you may be able to find a replacement switch. If you can provide that information, I may be able to help you.

sounds like you may have a ceased fan get someone to look for you, but an electrical hum that is louder than normal usually means that the fan or a moving part is trying to turn ot move but can't so make's like a hum noise so seek a service agent
