The phone drops a call; just suddenly cuts off. It doesn't do it on every call - sometimes does it immediately and other times I can talk for minutes and then it will cut off.
It is five years old (!) and I've put a new battery in but has made no difference. I have taken the SIM out and put in another phone and that works fine. I have cleaned the contacts inside and around the aerial plug. But nothing makes any difference. The signal indicator goes up and down but does not disappear. Whether it disappears or not when it cuts off a call, I haven't yet been able to determine - since I have the phone to my ear and cannot see what the signal is doing!
Signal prolem,i suggest you to try this manual format, do this: press *#7370# but it will lost all files to your phone memory,if not working,it is hardware problem.
