Hehe funny question. its not possible, Nokia 1600 doesnt supports GPRS or WAP facilities. you have go for another phone. If u are planning to buy a new phone, do look for EDGE facility. EDGE is the new technology of GPRS which is having higher bandwidth. If you are looking for a budget phone go for Nokia 3110 classic.

go to web to access the internet with gprs connection
before you can make gprs connection you need to setup the gprs setting
the gprs setting is dipending on your simcard provider, if you did not know the gprs setting contact your sim customer care to ask about the gprs setting
