Try drum refresh and developer refresh... make sure your firmware is current... if possible reset your print card... physically and software wise... make sure that the guides on your paper trays are a good fit... change the default paper tray for print jobs and see if that helps... if it does... then its the tray... if not then call service...

How to do borderless printing on HP laserjet 1022n?

the hp 1022 is not capable of printing edge to edge for that matter very very VERY few can. the problem is that the printer needs to be able to move the paper through the machine without distorting the printed image and this requires a LEAD EDGE usually about 3-5mm edge to edge down the long side of the paper the printer is able to get quite close to edge at 2-3mm either side but NOT EDGE to EDGE the only real way of accomplishing true edge to edge is to overprint and trim the final page to size.e.g. print on A3 and cut to A4

Won't print the leading edge of the label

In Seagull driver/Bartender software, Present Distance may be called Tear Off and can be adjusted after checking Post-Print actions in Document Properties, Stock tab. Standard setting is 0.40 inches.
On the same tab, right below that, is "Top Offset", and that adjustment may get you the lower Start of Print you want. Ok to try negative number here.

Prints on my Lexmark T632 have a dark line running from leading to trailing edge of the paper. Toner cartridge replaced but didn't help. Lots of toner scattered through out the printer.

Great job on replacing the toner cartridge. Most probably problem's on the fuser or the charge roll. They may need to be replaced. But also check maintenance count to see if you have already reached the 300,000 prints. It affects the print quality when you have reached the limit.

I cant get my dell 966 to copy to same size as document.....please help

problem is the printer part of your device can't usually print to the edge (normally a 5mm boarder) so the copier part automatically reduces slightly to fit the whole page in! three may be a setting to turn off all reduction but bear in mind the edges of the original will be lost.

Broad dark line on right edge of copied papers

If you have the black line on copies and scans but printing from P.C is fine, then your scanner is broken.

Contact your printer manufacturer for a replacement or repair.

Copier too dark

Did you clean the lens and the mirror under the lens cover? If so, There is a VR behind the front cover of most small Xerox machines. One VR makes the image darker/lighter and one VR changes the lead edge registration.

Dark edges

It depends... never use a Reman cart in these machines... only use sharp...especially if the machine is under warranty.

Does this happen when,
Using the Doc Feeder
When making copies from the Glass
Or when you print from a computer (assuming you print from a PC)

If you print something and this happens then it is inside the machine
Probably toner or developer dumping...

Take a few pieces of large white paper and cover the entire glass surface... make a copy is the line there? If so see the answer above... if not then close the top and make a copy with no paper on the glass... is that black line there.. If so then your top needs adjustment...

One more test
If you make a copy using the doc feeder, this black line only occurs when making copies with the doc feed, clean the **** glass, and try again...

I want to change my printer settings to print on the full page, not have these 5mm margins all the way round. can someone help? I have a Kyocera FSC5015N

It sounds like you want to print what is called "full bleed" which means that you print from one edge of the paper to the other edge with no margin. Unfortunately your printer can't do this. It is a limitation of the design of the printer that is common to most laser printers. You have two options, either print with the 5mm margin all the way around and trim the paper or get a printer that has a "full bleed" option.
