Well it means something is wrong in the video out section.Unplug it ,and useing a ohm meter,check Q705,Q732,Q761 on the C board.Next check Q218,Q219,Q220, on A board,try turning the screen up a little. hope this helps you some.......
Know to solders?Resolder ur video board socket holes that connected to( CRT tv Tube).Resolders the Yoke cable red, green,yellow connected to the main board also.Should get colors back,if the colors IC on the video in not dead,and capacitors help the IC on the video board.
