Try to set the machine to grind finer. Common problem with this machine when the grinder grinds too coarse, and the coffee will not fit in the brew unit during the cycle. Grinding finer will allow the brew unit to compress and the machine should complete the cycle.
You can turn the grinder (mill) so the plates open for a more gross coffee this will help the grinder motor to rotate more free you can use a vacume cleaner to **** all the remainig coffee inside the grinder. If still not any reaction you have to desasemble complete clean the grinding plates. If you still not have any reaction then the grinder motor burn out and need to bee replaced.

Hi It depends on which boiler you have. If you have the round boiler (looking from the front top down, they will be on your left side). They will be on the bottom left side of the boiler. There are 2 of them on the round boiler and there are 2 wires to each thermostat. The button is between the 2 wires on the thermostat. You need to push both buttons. If you have the square flat boiler there is no reset button but a thermal fuse on the back side of the boiler. You have to remove the steam boiler ( horseshoe) to work on the flat boiler. FUN
Take off the water tank and loosen the two screw in the chassi. Lift the chassis little and take off the back piece.
If your machine is new model then you have a round boiler on the right side, put in a finger between the chassi and the boiler, you have two thermostat fuse you have to reset.
If you have a old model the you have a fuse on a wire, if you not find any wire with fuse, then you have to take off the top of the machine. You will then see the power card, find the fuse on it and check it.
