Help! I just want to connect the camera with the p2 card inserted and have it mounted to my desktop (I already downloaded all uploads+ pressed the MCR button for 2secs+already predefined into the menu PCmode: 1394Device,etc..)
it just continues to tell me that the "1394 Device Disconnect"...? I tried on different computers tried different cables and it still doesn't want to connect or mount on my desktop.
How come?

You must update the P2 driver through USB first.
Hello there
first you conect the fire wire on the pc then turn on camcorder if pc dont recognize camera then it seems to have a problem in the firewire board.
must be replaced.
