Looking at your question, it appears that the problem is not always on the same channel (right/left). This makes me wonder if the problem is the source or the cables you are using. The easy way to test this is to connect everything, check which speaker is not working, then swap the left and right cables at the aux jack. If the same speaker does not work, then it is a problem with the SA-AK200. If the problem switches to the other speaker, the SA-AK200 is not the problem and you should try replacing the cables or suspect the source (whatever you are trying to connect to aux) is at fault. If the SA-AK200 is the problem, I would suspect bad solder connections at the input jacks. Good luck
There are 2 major possibilities and since you didn't say if the sound comes back here's the general split.
1. The power amp section could be having problems and/or protection circuits are kicking in. In this case repair of the amp will be needed.
2. There is a bad connection somewhere making the audio path go bad. In this case a good can of contact cleaner applied to all switches and controls may help. If not, the bad connection may be internal. If tapping (or rapping) on the unit makes it come back, there's probably a bad internal connection.
If letting the unit cool down brings back the sound, its the power amp section.
If you are a rock music lover, chances are the speaker has burn out. try to turn on and place your ear near the speaker and listen for humming sound. if no sound at all, then its the speaker
in my side i already encountered that problem.this is what eve done,i'm just clean the lens with cotton and one drop of alcohol, after cleaning, its work.....just follow what i'm doing....
