Battery is most likely at the end of its life.
You should replace the battery, that should fix the problem.

New batterys can be bought from ebay, www.ebay.com I don't have a contact there.

If you need instructions on how to change the battery drop me a comment.

Good luck.

My ipod doesn't turn on it's blank

Step 1: Try charging your iPod with your wall charger, after about 5 - 10 minutes it should come on. (You might have forgotten to charge it)
Step 2: If that doesnt work, try step 1, but this time instead of charging your iPod with a wall charger, connect it to your computer. (Your wall charger may have malfunctioned)
If it still doesnt work, its highly possible that your iPod's battery might have died. If you bought it within one year, you can go to the Apple Store and get a free replacement on the spot (part of the warranty). If not, try to have them repair it for a fee OR give them your old iPod, and buy a new one for 10% off

How to extend ur batery life in ipod, cellphone, laptop

to extend your batteries life in a ipod, laptop, or cellphone u use the device untill the battery drains completely dead or 10% battery life left then u plug it in and charge it to full when u do this it keeps the battery charge fresh and not recycled like when u plug it in with half charge this can double your devices battery life

Battery life

In order to keep your battery life from minimizing over time..only charge your battery when it is dying or dead, because when you charge it when its still green or on yellow ect. you are overcharging it..trust me.i learned this the hard way..an all i have to do was only charge when necessary.

*this also applies to ipods.

The baterry dies in 10 minutes.the motorcycle has only 6700km.should i change baterry?so soon?

Yes the battery can die in as little as 12 months if it is not used often, vibration and rough roads can also shorten battery life.
Check it has water in it up to the lines.
Put a multimeter across the battery should be just over 12v with engine stopped, rise to 13-14v with engine running to check charging circuit. Riding when the battery completely dies can overload the charging circuit.

Motorola CP040 charging time

The rapid rate charger WPLN41__ will typically charge a battery in 90-120 minutes. Your battery should be depleted or nearly depleted when you place it in the charging stand. Be certain your radio is always turned off, when charging an attached battery. The NiMH battery will generally go 12-16 hours on a charge when new. If you work an eight hour shift, you might see if the radio will go 2 days on a charge. Later as the battery ages, you will need to charge it nightly. (Think of putting it in the charger as putting it to bed at night.)

Rapid charging is necessary on NiMH and Li-Ion batteries. They require a "hotter" charger, a fast rate, to completely charge the battery. It will not harm this chemistry of battery. It is safe to leave the battery on the charger overnight, or for a weekend. We would not recommend leaving the battery on the charger longer periods of time, as that will age the battery and reduce its life.

(Sidenote: Frequent rapid charging will however reduce the life of a NiCD battery.)

Battery died and or charging system failure

I think its probably your only choice, NIMH batteries are known to have a very short shelf life if not regular charged / discharged you can get GE cordless batteries here - GE Cordless battery

I have questions for any ipod user

What is your problem? The ipod doesn't die. Believe it or not but there's a battery inside of the ipod that if you want it to be repaired. Don't send it to the apple company, they'll charge you a **** load to replace the battery. You can find an ipod battery $10-$30 easy on the net&the proper instructions on the net you can replace the battery yourself!

IPod mini battery dies when nearly fully charged, often while skipping songs.

iPod batteries are cheap on ebay...like $5...and come with installation instructions. Try installing a new battery and see what happens...?

My ipod has a 20 min. battery life

It depends on how often you have let the iPod charge run down to 0%

After a while (1-2 years), the rechargeable battery loses its ability to hold a good charge. You can order a replacement from any online specialty electronics store.
